 As a professional birth doula serving the Greater Victoria area, it would be an honor to support you and your growing family during this transformative time. With over a decade of experience as a mother of three, fitness coach, Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach, and community mental health support worker, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to birth support.

My services are designed to empower, guide, and nurture families as they prepare for and experience one of life’s most profound moments. For a fee of $1200, my comprehensive birth doula package includes:

• Two Prenatal Visits: These sessions provide an opportunity for us to build a strong, trusting relationship. We’ll work together to discuss your birth preferences, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
• Continuous Labor Support: Whether you choose to birth at home or in the hospital, I will be with you every step of the way. My goal is to provide calm, unwavering support, helping you feel confident, informed, and comfortable throughout your labor.
• Presence at Your Birth: I will be by your side, offering encouragement, comfort, and guidance, as well as helping to create an environment that allows for peace, focus, and positivity.
• Two Postpartum Visits: These visits are designed to support you as you transition into the early days of parenthood. We’ll focus on your emotional well-being, feeding support, breaks for the new family to rest and recharge, referrals to community resources and connections to additional supports, and any other needs you may have during this precious time.

As a professional trained postpartum doula, I provide invaluable support to new parents during the postpartum period. My role as a postpartum doula is to offer emotional, physical, and practical assistance during the early days and weeks after birth, helping families navigate the transition into parenthood with confidence and ease.

I provide personalized care tailored to your unique needs, whether that’s offering guidance on breastfeeding, supporting infant care and baby-wearing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, or simply offering a compassionate presence as you adjust to life with a newborn. I also provide much-needed respite, allowing you to rest and recharge while knowing you and your family are in caring hands.

In addition to hands-on support, I can connect you with community resources, offer newborn care education, and help you establish routines that work for your family. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where you feel supported, empowered, and well cared for.

My day and evening postpartum rates are $40 per hour with a minimum of a 3 hour block.  Overnights and care of multiples is $50 per hour.  Overnights having a minimum 6 hour block.
